Kitty is turning 5 in December, but she is advanced enough that we decided to go ahead and start Kindergarten this year. We started our program Discovery K – 12 today, and I love this website so far. We used it last year for Pre – School, and it went well.
I love the site because it has everything laid out and broken up into courses. It is a great starting point, and you can use youtube, or google to find more on the topics of the day. It is also great because it is go at your own pace. You can go through the course work as you see fit, and also change grade levels when ready. This program is also not common core and secular. It is also free to use, but you can pay for an upgraded service which includes reports.
We have set up a schedule and set alarms so we stick to it better.

- 10am – Play
- 11am – School
- 12pm – Lunch
- 1pm – School
- 2pm – Play
- 3pm – School
- 4:30pm – Cleanup
